Booking and rental agreement

After booking, a rental agreement is signed by both parties, which is signed by both parties. Which is drawn up in two identical copies, of which the tenant and landlord each receive one

Payment

Advance payment (50%) is paid after signed rental agreement

The payment of the remaining rental amount no later than 30 days before arrival date

When booking within 30 days before the arrival date the entire rental amount is paid after a signed rental agreement

Cancellation

Cancellation earlier than 30 days before the arrival date, half the amount of the advance payment is refunded to the tenant

Cancellation later than 30 days before the arrival date, the entire rental amount accrues to the lessor
